Facebook Ads (Facebook pixels) conversion monitoring is a statistics service provided by Facebook, Inc. that links data from the Facebook ad network with the actions performed within this Website. The Facebook pixel monitors conversions that can be attributed to Facebook ads, Instagram and Audience Network ads.

The provision and processing of the Data for the purposes indicated above is optional, with the consequence that you may decide not to provide your consent or to revoke it at any time.

Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

Your Data is stored using cloud storage and on servers located both within and outside the European Union used by the Company, other companies in the group to which the Company belongs or because they are owned or used by third party companies appointed as data processors.
The transfer of your Data outside the European Union is carried out using adequate measures such as the adoption of standard clauses drafted in compliance with the decisions of the European Commission.

 

8) PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Pertantly:
– Personal data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the owner and the user will be related until the execution of such contract is completed.

– Personal data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the owner will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The user may obtain further information about the legitimate interest pursued by the owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the owner. When the processing is based on the user’s consent, the owner may retain personal data for a longer period of time until such consent is revoked.
